Things to remember when placing an order.
* Refunds are not accepted on any personalised items these are all checked for quality control before dispatch and are made to your requirements. If a font or colour for personalisation is not chosen we will go with one that we feel best suited to the item.

* Please make sure all spelling is checked before placing an order as we cannot be held responsible for your spelling errors when ordering.

* Personalised orders can take up to 21 days depending on stock levels. If you need an item sooner please contact us when ordering or with enough time prior to the event it is required (at least 7 days) so that we can try our best to help. 3 or 4 days prior to the event or even 1 day in some cases is not sufficient notice.

* All items are posted Royal Mail 2nd class with tracking and proof of delivery (or an alternative courier of our choice) depending on the size and weight of the parcel. If you require 1st class delivery please contact us at the point of order and we will be happy to provide a quote.

* If you choose to cancel an order after being placed due to no fault of ours you will be subject to an admin/handling fee of 15% of your order total plus the payment fees (if any).
​
* If you wish to return a non personalised item, that was not a special order please contact us first for the return information. Your refund will be minus your original postage payment and any payment fees we have incurred and the return postage is the buyers responsibility.

* Auction and sale items are non refundable.
